  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, melt butter with half of the chocolate chips over medium heat until smooth.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl until frothy using an electric mixer.
  5. Gradually add melted chocolate mixture to beaten eggs while mixing continuously.
  6. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined and thick.
  7. Gently fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  8. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
