  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and cool on a towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Take one noodle, place about 1/4 cup filling along its length, roll tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serve warm.
