  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss them into the chicken mixture until coated.
  4. Fold in the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Grease a bundt pan and layer the chicken-biscuit mixture evenly; top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a platter and garnishing with fresh parsley.
