  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced sweet yellow onion
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons regular soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoon white ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 thinly sliced green onions (optional garnish)
  • ½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until softened; drain and rinse.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken until done, then set aside.
  4. Sauté red bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, and broccoli in remaining oil until tender.
  5. Add garlic and ginger; stir in cooked chicken and sauce.
  6. Toss with ramen noodles until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
