- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 1½ cups superfine almond flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 1 minute on HIGH; stir until smooth.
- Add baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour to the melted cheese mixture; stir until combined.
- Fold in cheddar cheese and turkey bacon until evenly distributed.
- Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 11 or 12 balls and arrange in the skillet. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
