  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 1 minute on HIGH; stir until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder, eggs, ranch dressing mix, and almond flour to the melted cheese mixture; stir until combined.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and turkey bacon until evenly distributed.
  5. Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 11 or 12 balls and arrange in the skillet. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. If desired, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
