  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear each chicken breast for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. In the same skillet, whisk together chicken broth and cream cheese until smooth; stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Place seared chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
