  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 (12 ounce) box of linguine noodles
  • Green onions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef with minced ginger and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the linguine noodles until al dente.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and hoisin sauce. Pour into the skillet with beef.
  4. Sauté for about three minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet. Stir well to coat the noodles with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
