  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 191°C (375°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute until melted; stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold into the melted cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Divide dough into 10 portions. Roll each into balls and flatten into ovals about 8mm thick on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
  6. Brush naan with garlic butter after baking and return to oven for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden on top.
