Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • lbs baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add halved baby potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Remove from the skillet.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss together.
  4. Cook everything for an additional 1–2 minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
