Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes and toss with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes until crispy.
While fries cook, heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
In a mixing bowl, mash ripe avocados and mix in finely chopped red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt to taste.
