  • 3 oz shredded gruyere or swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sweet pepper strips (red, orange, and/or yellow peppers)
  • 2 cups green bell pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Season with steak seasoning.
