Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch round baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cider vinegar; mix until smooth.
