  • 46 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl, mix flour, corn starch, baking powder, egg white, and water to create a smooth batter. Coat the chicken strips in the batter.
