  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha, to spice preference
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook until dark green and slightly browned. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Brown the chicken evenly.
  3. While chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Reintroduce the broccoli to the skillet and stir until well combined. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
