  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 slices American Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder and seasonings. Form into 8 even balls.
  3. Press each ball onto the tortilla to cover it completely.
  4. Place tortillas meat side down in the skillet and flatten with a spatula. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip burgers, add cheese on top, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until melted.
  6. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  7. Assemble burgers by spreading sauce on top of each patty and adding lettuce and pickles.
