  • 1 large head of cauliflower (steamed and rough chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Turkey bacon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a sauce pot over low heat, whisk together heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add cream cheese until smooth; then stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Combine the steamed cauliflower with the cheese sauce in the pot.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. For extra browning, broil for a few minutes at the end.
  7. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon if desired before serving warm.
