  • 1 shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (390F).
  2. Boil broccoli florets in salted water until al dente, then drain and mix with shredded chicken in a large bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, almond milk, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the broccoli and chicken mixture; add chopped basil and mix thoroughly.
