  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 lb Broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing coconut aminos, grated ginger, and chopped garlic in a bowl. Add beef, seal in a bag, and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade and stir-fry until browned (about 1-3 minutes). Set aside.
  4. Stir-fry blanched broccoli in the same skillet for about 3 minutes. Add reserved marinade, fish sauce, and sesame oil; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to skillet with broccoli, warm through, and serve hot.
