  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (divided)
