  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add chopped onion, and cook until softened (3–4 minutes). Stir in minced garlic for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer and let thicken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken and spaghetti to the skillet; toss until coated in sauce.
