  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
  • 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of vegan Nutella on one half of each pastry piece. Add sliced bananas on top.
  4. Fold the pastry over, sealing the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush with dairy-free milk and sprinkle caster sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool, then drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate on top for decoration.
