  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat sauce by browning ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet. Stir in marinara sauce and crumbled turkey bacon, then let simmer.
  2. Make the creamy Parmesan garlic béchamel by melting butter, whisking in flour, gradually adding milk, and mixing in Parmesan cheese.
