  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk or half-and-half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet with olive oil until browned; transfer to a plate.
