  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Pita bread
  • Fresh vegetables (like cucumbers and tomatoes)
  • Optional toppings (like feta cheese or pickled onions)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices: cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add olive oil, plain yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the spice mixture. Mix until fully combined.
