  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Thaw the puff pastry sheet and cut it in half.
  4. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture on one half of the puff pastry and cover with the other half.
  5. Cut into six strips and twist each strip gently to form swirls.
  6. Brush with egg wash and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until golden brown.
