  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 slices halloumi cheese
  • 1 tomato, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack in the eggs and cook sunny-side up until whites are set.
