  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, and salt. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish and flatten evenly.
  4. For the berry filling, heat berries, maple syrup, and water in a pot until softened. Mash and stir in cornstarch; let simmer until thickened.
  5. Prepare crumble topping by mixing oats, oat flour, almond flour, salt, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  6. Assemble by pouring the berry mixture over the base layer and topping with the crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
